To maintain the shine, we recommend keeping your jewelry away from water, perfumes, and lotions. Store your pieces in the provided ZNZ pouch when not in use and clean them gently with a soft microfiber cloth.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all ZNZ Jewelry items come with a 6-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss.
