At ZNZ Jewelry, we want you to be completely captivated by your new pieces. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original branded packaging and secure it within a padded shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
